Autumnal Equinox Mabon Circle at Sunsport Gardens

Mabon is the second harvest celebration on the Pagan Wheel of the Year. Join us as we celebrate the balance of night and day, and witness the Earth's annuual descent into the growing night. Bring drums for the ritual, and stay for Sunsport's famous drum circle. Admission to Sunsport Gardens is free on Fridays after 5 pm.
Basic Tarot Intensive

This one-day intensive is perfect for the beginning reader, or for the experienced reader who would like to brush up on skills or continue their exploration of the cards. In this class each student will learn interpretations for each of the seventy-eight Tarot cards. Tarot history, Tarot ethics and Tarot symbolism will be covered at a basic level. One card, three card and larger spreads will be covered. Each student will have the opportunity to perform a simple but meaningful Tarot reading. Lunch will be served. Making and Using Magickal Symbols

Magickal symbols have been used for centuries to give protection and healing, and to draw love and prosperity. In this workshop you will learn, and share your own knowledge, about magickal symbols from many cultures. We will discuss ways of creating symbols, and using traditional symbols. Each participant will create a bindrune that will be individually designed for a specific magickal purpose.
Christiana will present a three-hour-long class entitled "Compare, Contrast, Contemplate." In this class you will develop a deeper, more spiritual understanding of many of the seventy-eight Tarot cards through a unique process of exercises, discussion, meditation and observation. As you explore the cards you will learn to practice this helpful process as a way of continuing your growth as a Tarot student. Class fee is $25.
