Past Life Regression Workshop in Niantic March 12, 2002

The little office seemed to bulge at the seams as more and more people
poured in, some sitting in chairs, and some on the floor.  Each person had a
story, something to share, a reason to be there.  Our topic was Past Lives,
and we shared discussion, thoughts, theories and beliefs about reincarnation
and our souls' purpose.

Prior to the actual regression, we each set goals. We defined one aspect of
personality and one relationship that we wanted insight on.  The regression
itself was very successful, with many members of the group experiencing
vivid memories and insights into a past incarnation.  Folks were encouraged
to record their experiences, and continue further exploration through
historical research, meditation and dreamwork.

After we ended the regression and shared some of our experiences we used
Tarot divination to answer two questions.  The first question was "What do I
bring from the past into my current life?"  The final question was, in one
word, "What is my soul's purpose in this lifetime?"  Some of the answers
were "family," "healing," "journey," "growth," and "happiness."

An interesting and unexpected thing happened when we were joined by a dog,
owner unknown, who seemed to want to participate with us. He was friendly
and well-behaved. We welcomed him, and thought of it as a very good, if
unusual, omen.
