Feast of Brigid Plainfield Yankee Motor Inn January 30, 2003

Despite the snow we had a great turnout for our very eclectic Imbolc
celebration. Michele opened the circle by calling the four elements with
song. May spoke about the process of healing through creativity.  Christiana
played the role of Brigid and led the group in making charm bags to help
each person find healing through creativity.  Debbie had made enough
Brigid's Crosses for each person to have one to take home.  Lauren told a
myth of Brigid.  Amy blessed the cakes and ale.  Candles, fragrant spices,
drumming and chanted all added to the magic(k) of the evening.
