Sylvan Lodge in Swiftwater
Sylvan Lodge was built by Christiana's grandfather in 1905.
Her grandparents also built and ran a small mountain resort called the Forest House,
and raised four children in their Pocono mountain homestead. Although the Forest
House closed before Christiana was born, her childhood was filled with
many happy gatherings of family and friends at Sylvan Lodge.
